GURU TIP: a throwing shoe with a die-cut Eco Ortholite insole. These shoes follow a  unisex sizing chart, so if you wear a ladies 7.5, you would wear a unisex size 6. 

TECH TIP: The pivot point placed under the forefoot will allow for both the slide and the pivot methods of throwing. This throwing shoe is durable with a great heel counter to lock your foot into place.
